PAMELA NELSON
STATE OUTREACH COORDINATOR

As the Child Bridge Mission Advancement Coordinator, Pamela Nelson returns to the Flathead Valley where she began her career 31 years ago, as she served at Youth with a Mission (YWAM) in Lakeside, MT.
Pam is a pioneering influencer who has been mentoring and coaching individuals for the last 25 years. Her heart is to come alongside people who are ready to take the next brave step in any area of their lives and partner with them to succeed. She has actively done this as a Director of Creative Arts, Certified Life Coach, Next Gen Program Manager, Director of Youth Prayer Ministries, Worship Leader and Mentor Trainer.
Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, Pam began working in non-profits in her early teen years. Seeing and eventually helping ministries build from the ground up, ignited her passion to serve at every level. Whether it’s washing dishes on the mission field of the eleven countries she’s ministered in, or speaking at a conference or non-profit leadership event, Pamela engages wholeheartedly and equips others to do the same.
Pam describes her life purpose as "engaging hearts to mission, journeying and helping people find a faith community to belong to." She has been drawn to Child Bridge to help inspire others to serve Montana’s children in need.
Pamela has two married sons and she us thrilled to have five grandchildren! She is intentionally living minimally to maximize relationships in her life and looks forward to engaging in community in the Flathead Valley once again.
